Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International delivery times and rates vary based on location.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs. If you experience any issues, feel free to contact our support team at threadzbyarp@gmail.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Threadzbyarp, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer care team at threadzbyarp@gmail.com with your order details.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • Final sale items, custom pieces, and undergarments are non-returnable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
